We need your feedback to help us improve the services we deliver to all our tenants.
We are working with TLF Research who are doing surveys for us so you can share your opinion and views on us.
TLF Research will be contacting our tenants from 5th April 2023.
This will be either by telephone or email.
If TLF Research contacts you, we would appreciate it if you can answer their questions about our services and give them feedback about us.
The survey will help us with Tenant Satisfaction Measures and is a requirement by the Regulator of Social Housing.
