Our Welfare Benefits Officers are here to provide advice and support to help you understand the benefit system. 

In 2023/24, we helped North Star customers gain an extra £757k in benefits they may not have otherwise received. 

We offer advice and assistance specific to your circumstances. This could include applying for welfare benefits or identifying other grants or support.

We can also signpost you to another agency that can help you further.
