How to pay your rent

We have various methods available

You can pay your rent via:

  • Direct debit – the easiest way to pay your rent straight from your bank/building society account. Contact our Customer Services Team on 03000 11 00 11 to set up your direct debit over the phone..
  • Paypoint outlets and the Post Office – take your allpay swipe card to any shop or post office displaying the Paypoint sign to make your payment.
  • Standing order – please ensure this is set up to cover the correct rent amount as stated in your rent letter.
  • Over the phone with our Customer Services Team on 03000 11 00 11.

Pay digitally with allpayments

You can make quick and convenient payments on-the-go using allpay’s payment platform, allpayments, available as both a mobile app and web portal. You can access the web portal via the North Star Online app: North Star Online — North Star

Will my existing account and payment information be automatically transferred to the new app?

Yes. Your account details, payees, payment cards, and transaction history will transfer automatically once you first log in to allpayments. 

Do I need to create a new account?

No. If you currently use the allpay app or Internet Payments portal, you can log in to allpayments using your existing email address and password. 

Do I need to re-add my payment cards?

Yes. Saved cards will not be migrated and will need to be added.  

What if I have problems migrating my account and/or data?

If you experience issues migrating your account or data to the allpayments app, please contact the allpay support team at 03301359512 or enquiries@allpay.net.

Support to pay your rent

We understand that sometimes it can be difficult to keep up with payments. If you do not pay your rent, you are breaking your tenancy agreement. You may lose your home if you do not make arrangements to pay your rent in full when it’s due. Our Housing Officers and Welfare Benefits Team will help you to manage your payments and access financial support.
