Customers who use allpay to make payments to make rent payments will notice some changes to the online payment service.
allpay, the payment provider, has recently upgraded its digital services. As part of this change, the existing allpay app and online payment portal will be replaced with a new platform called allpayments.
What’s changing?
Previously, customers could make payments digitally using the allpay app and the allpay online payment portal
These have now been combined into one new service called allpayments.
The old allpay app and online portal are no longer available.
What do I need to do?
If you already use the allpay app or online portal, you’ll need to switch to the new allpayments service to continue making payments online.

You can log in using your existing allpay username and password. Your information should transfer automatically once you sign in.
What if I don’t currently pay online?
If you don’t use allpay’s online services, you do not need to do anything.
However, allpayments is available to all customers, accessible via North Star Online, and can make managing payments quicker and easier from your phone, tablet or computer.
You can still make payments to North Star using our other payment methods.
