Board Trainee

I’m a Data and BI Manager in social housing, where I help teams turn information into insight and support better decisions. After years working in finance, e-commerce, and engineering, I moved into housing because I wanted my work to have a more direct impact on people’s lives. Now I’m keen to understand how decisions are made at board level. That’s why I joined the HDN Board Trainee Programme—to learn, share what I know, and bring my values of equity, support, and community into the boardroom. In my free time, I love hiking and cooking simple, tasty food!
