I am a Housing Executive Director with over thirty years’ experience in the social housing sector, including senior roles spanning housing management, supported housing, income, customer experience and repairs and maintenance. A significant part of my work has focused on developing strong partnerships between housing and health services, co-designing support that improves wellbeing and enables people to live well at home.
Social housing matters deeply to me because a safe, secure and warm home is the foundation for wellbeing, opportunity and belonging. I am passionate about ensuring that customers’ voices genuinely influence decisions and that our homes and services strengthen the communities we serve.
Outside of work, I enjoy walking with my Welsh Terrier in the countryside, and most weekends are spent stood on the side of a football pitch in all weathers cheering on my son, as well as spending time with family and friends.
