1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is North Star Housing Group (“North Star”), registered office: Endeavour House, St Marks Court, Thornaby. TS17 6QN.

2. Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to current North Star tenants aged 16 and over.
• One entry per person per month.
• North Star employees and members of their households are not eligible to enter.
• Entries must be submitted within the monthly entry period (detailed below).

3. How to Enter

• From time to time, tenants may receive a text message or email from North Star inviting them to provide perception feedback.
• To enter the draw, tenants must respond with feedback after receiving the official instruction message.
• Only feedback submitted via the approved link, text reply, or email in the invitation counts as a valid entry.
• No purchase or payment is required.

4. Entry Period

• Each prize draw runs monthly, starting at 00:00 on the 1st day of the month and ending at 23:59 on the final day of the month.
• All eligible entries received within this window will be included in that month’s draw.
• Entries received outside the monthly window will automatically be entered into the following month’s draw (provided they remain eligible).

5. The Prize

• Each month, one winner will receive a £50 prize (paid via bank transfer, voucher, or another method agreed with the winner).
• The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
• North Star reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries each month.
• The draw will take place within 10 working days of the month end.
• North Star will contact the winner using the same method through which the feedback was submitted (e.g., text or email).
• If the winner does not respond within 14 days, North Star reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Data Protection

• Personal data will be processed in accordance with North Star’s Privacy Notice (link to website privacy policy).
• Data will only be used for:
• administering the prize draw
• contacting the winner
• analysing tenant feedback for service improvement
• Data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. General Terms

• By entering the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• North Star reserves the right to:
• verify eligibility
• withdraw or suspend the prize draw where necessary
• disqualify entries that are incomplete, inappropriate, or not submitted as instructed
• North Star accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or undelivered entries.
• The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Publishing the Winner

• Winners may be announced anonymously on North Star communication channels (e.g., “Sarah, Stockton”).
• No identifiable information will be published without the winner’s explicit consent.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
