Shortlisted twice for the Northern Housing Awards 2026

We're very proud to have been shortlisted in two categories at this year's Northern Housing Awards:

• Best Affordable Housing Development (Up to £10M) - for our first net zero housing development in Eldon Street, Darlington: North Star's first net-zero housing scheme praised by MP — North Star
• Excellence in Company Culture & Employee Development - for our strong focus on professional development, wellbeing and inclusivity across the organisation 

The Northern Housing Awards celebrate the work of housing providers to improve homes and communities and recognise work in areas such as resident safety, regeneration, affordable housing development, and employee culture.
