Lift servicing and inspections
We must complete regular servicing and inspections of your lift. These ensure that we are able to keep you and those that live with you safe and the lift in good working order.
If you do not allow us access to your home so we can complete a gas check we will consider this a breach of your tenancy agreement.
Lift servicing and inspection appointment
We will send you a letter to let you know when we are coming to complete a service or inspection of your lift. There must be someone aged 18 or over at your home for this appointment.
Rearranging your appointment
You cannot cancel your appointment, but you can rearrange it. If you think a safety check is overdue or need to rearrange it, call us immediately on 03000 110011.
