If you have decided you want to end your tenancy with North Star, you will need to fill out a form.

You must give 28 days’ notice during which you will be charged rent. This will still apply if you do not give notice but leave your home and hand in the keys on the same day.

Tenancies run from Monday to Sunday. If we receive a termination of tenancy form on a Monday, then the notice period will start the same day. If we receive it on another day, then the notice will start from the following Monday.

Please leave your home clean and remove all belongings. If we remove your belongings, the cost of this will be passed onto you.
