Tenants are at the heart of everything we do here at North Star so it is extremely important to us that we hear what you have to say about our services. The only way that we can improve is by hearing from our tenants directly and finding out what is most important to them.

Due to Covid-19 and the restrictions faced by all housing associations, we have had to think outside the box. We need to make sure your voices, as tenants, are still being heard as this is even more important that ever.

There are several ways that you can get involved at North Star to help us to improve.

We will send you surveys to complete via email, text, whatsapp or by post and you will always be entered into a prize draw. There will be multiple prizes available and some previous draws have been up to £100 Love2Shop vouchers!
