The health and safety of our tenants, staff, suppliers and contractors is our top priority. With the national response to the pandemic changing as lockdown eases, we are working hard to make sure we continue to be prepared.
Our offices are still closed however our phone lines continue to remain open.
Despite the pandemic, we have continued to deliver our services. We have had to take extensive measures to ensure everyone is safe. Repairs are therefore taking us longer than they would pre-pandemic and it may also take longer to get to you.
Our teams are doing their best in difficult times so we would ask you to be patience and bear with us. We ask for your help and support to help us prioritise and get to the repair jobs in most urgent need.
