You can continue to report repairs to North Star however you may need to wait longer than usual for an appointment as like many other organisations we are seeing staff and material shortages.  We appreciate this is very frustrating for our customers and your support and patience is appreciated to help us deal with the challenges of the pandemic.  We will keep you updated.
