The health and safety of our tenants, staff, and contractors is our top priority.  With the national response to the pandemic changing as restrictions ease, we continue to follow best practices and are taking all the necessary precautions.

Our offices are still closed however our phone lines remain open.

Updated July 2021:

You can continue to report repairs to North Star however you may need to wait longer than usual for an appointment as like many other organisations we are seeing staff and material shortages due to self-isolations.  We appreciate this is very frustrating for our customers and your support and patience is appreciated to help us deal with the challenges of the pandemic.  We will keep you updated.
