Our Repair Service During the Storm

During the storm, some repairs may be carried out on a ‘make safe’ basis. This means we’ll prioritise making the area or item safe first, and may return later to complete the full repair once it’s safe to do so.

• This includes emergencies such as:
• Dangerous damage to your home
• Severe leaks or flooding
• Loss of heating or power

What You Can Do

• Stay indoors where possible and take care if travelling
• Keep an eye on Met Office weather warnings
• Secure loose items outside (e.g. bins, garden furniture)
• Check in on neighbours who may need extra help
