Our Supported Housing Offer
We provide a range of supported housing services across the North East, Yorkshire, and County Durham.
We have both temporary and long-term housing to support residents in maintaining their independence and provide support through specialist organisations where appropriate.
How to access supported housing
We do not hold a direct waiting list for supported housing.

We offer supported accommodation for young people (including care leavers) who are ready to move into semi-independent living.
We offer temporary supported services for people aged 16+ who need a little extra help to gain vital skills and the confidence to live independently. This includes our Hestia Service for women and children in complex situations such as fleeing abuse.

We provide a range of homes for older people to meet a range of needs, from self-contained accommodation to Extra Care schemes.
Our housing solutions for over 55s include self-contained bungalows, apartments and houses. Tenants can access assistive technology, practical and social support services, and a handyperson service (for over 60s and people with a disability).
