Housing Perks is a free mobile app that helps tenants save money through discounts at supermarkets, clothing brands, restaurants, and more. The savings can also be used to help pay off rent arrears.
💡 How it works:
Let’s say you want to spend £100 at Tesco and the discount on Housing Perks is 4%. You can either:
Pay £96 for a gift card worth £100 and keep the £4 saving
or
Pay the full £100 and have £4 go towards your rent arrears

To get started:
- Download the Housing Perks app from your app store
- Enter your mobile number – you’ll get a code by text
- Select your landlord as North Star
- When asked for a tenancy reference, enter yours (found in your tenancy agreement)
