An amber weather warning has been issued by the Met Office as Storm Floris brings strong winds and heavy rain across parts of the UK. We’re urging all customers to stay safe and follow official guidance during this time.

Our Repair Service During the Storm

Due to the storm, some repairs will be carried out on a 'make safe' basis. This means we’ll focus on making the area or item safe first, and may return at a later date to complete the full repair once it’s safe to do so.

• Dangerous damage to your home
• Severe leaks or flooding
• Loss of heating or power

What You Can Do

• Stay indoors and avoid travel unless necessary
• Keep an eye on Met Office weather warnings
• Secure loose items outside (e.g. bins, garden furniture)
• Check on neighbours who may need help
