Welcome to Aspen Gardens, an Extra Care scheme. We have a range of accommodation within the scheme. Our 50, 2 bedroom properties consist of 20 bungalows and 30 apartments.

Aspen Gardens is located in the Hardwick area of Stockton, there are local shops, doctors surgery and pharmacy on the door step. North Tees Hospital is also just across the road. There are local bus links to the town centre which has an array of shops, restaurants and services.
Aspen Gardens has off street parking, the building is accessed by a door entry system and is lift serviced with accommodation over two floors and bungalows within a court yard. All apartments and bungalows are accessed by their own front door.
The property has communal facilities accessible by tenants which include;
• A garden complete with Man shed and raised beds, we are also soon to welcome chickens to our garden
• Communal Bistro serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. One meal per day is included within the accommodation charge. The bistro is also open to none residents with competitive prices, we welcome family members to join you
• Communal lounges with an array of activities including coffee mornings, bingo, crafting and games
• A memory room for residents to use to relax with music and games
• A hair dressing salon
• An alternative therapies room
• Assisted bathing facilities
Apartments – Total charge is £283.58per week* inclusive of service charges which include water, gas and a daily meal provision ( 3 course lunch served each day in our Bistro).
Bungalows – Total charge is £285.51 per week* inclusive of service charges which include water and daily meal provision (3 course lunch served each day in our Bistro).
*costs quoted relate to single occupancy.
Aspen Gardens has on site staff who are there to ensure the day to day life at the scheme runs smoothly and to provide support to residents where needed. There are on site care staff employed by Comfort Call who will have pre arranged appointments with you to assist with day to day living activity.
Tenants are connected to a pendant service which alerts on site care staff to attend to tenants need outside of their usual call times.
We have a range of activities and events which happen on site that are lead by tenants within the service and supported by the staff members on site.
Aspen Gardens has the added benefit of a guest room which can be booked in advance by friends and family who may wish to visit you, this is beneficial for those tenants who may have family that live long distance. The guest room is available for a small nightly charge.
We are a pet friendly organisation. We deliver a full repairs and maintenance service and our tenants have access to free, confidential welfare benefits advice.
