Repairs Service During COVID-19

We are beginning to increase our repairs service from dealing with emergency and urgent repairs, to routine repairs.

From Monday 18th May, we will be able to once again schedule routine repairs for our customers. The earliest date these repairs will be scheduled from, is the week commencing, 8th June 2020.

During the period of the 18th May – 5th June, we will be carrying out repairs which have been reported to us during the lockdown period, allowing us to clear this backlog of jobs.

All emergency and urgent jobs, will continue to be carried out within their target dates (emergency jobs within 24 hours, urgent jobs within 3 working days).

My North Star will reopen to schedule repairs from the 18th May also, giving customers the ability to once again, schedule their own repairs at a time that is convenient. My North star can be accessed at
