Last year North Star retained its IIP Platinum status for a further 3 years. Platinum is the highest level that Investors in People (IIP) award an organisation. The IIP Assessment Report describes North Star as demonstrating ‘exemplary practice in many areas’ being a ‘values-driven organisation’ with ‘strong leadership that constantly reflects on the future’.

North Star have been identified as one of IIP’s Top 20 Platinum employers. As a result of this success North Star have been invited to apply to be the Number 1 Platinum organisation. The winner will be announced on the 23rd November.
