We’re always looking for ways to improve and to ensure we continue to provide great place for people to live! With this in mind, we recently embarked upon some environmental improvement works to our Granville Road properties in Middlesbrough.

The exterior of the terraced properties were due some extra care and attention, so we took to work on repairing, replacing and reviving walls, windows and doors!

Our Asset Management team have completed work on one side of Granville Road, with the help of Hodgson & Sayers on the front boundary walls and footpaths, and Sovereign Windows on the door and window replacements.

Work will start on the opposite side of the street in April 2019, where we will be replacing and upgrading front walls and footpaths where required. We will also be running another programme of door and window replacements!
