North Star welcomes residents of Darlington Housing Association - Find out more

North Star has been reaccredited with the Customer Service Excellence Standard. Having held the accreditation for many years, North Star was assessed as having nine areas of good practice. The assessor also awarded Compliance Plus in respect of the relationships developed with tenants. In particular, they highlighted the approach to Tenant led scrutiny and the day to day involvement of tenants across the business. Tenants are listened to, heard, and their views are acted upon.
